Reporting System
This is the Dining Brands Group Ethics Management Reporting System.
The system is designed to hear voices of customers
related to the Dining Brands Group and its affiliated companies.
The Ethics Management Reporting System only accepts reports related to corruption and legal violations.
Therefore, please use “Voice of Customers” system of each company to send customer complaints
related to matters regarding service or quality.
Introduction of Reporting System
Types of misconduct subject to reporting
Abuse of authority and obtaining unfair advantages using one's position or duties
Leaking customer-related information or corporate secrets outside the company, or using them for
purposes other than work
Cases that cause harm to business partners (requesting money, demanding entertainment, forcing attendance
at personal events)
Employees’ act of corruption related to their duties or content that damages the company image
Acts of obtaining unfair advantages related to duties, such as bribery, accepting money or gifts, entertainment,
embezzlement, breach of trust, etc
Use of company properties for personal purposes
Manipulation of documents or figures and false reporting
Acts such as false reporting, irregular business practices, and information leaks
Others (proposal and praise)
Proposal about sound system and ideas for the company’s advancement
Praise for the unsung heroes who participate in the ethical management and righteous business practices
Please note that if the reporting falls in any of the followings, it may be excluded from the investigation.

A case where reporting was done to demand preferential treatment related to the reported matter or with malicious intent

A case of slandering a person with false facts or unverified one-sided claim

concerning personal privacy that the company cannot be involved in

Instances of malicious reporting without evidence or reports that do not describe specific actions (including targets/
methods, etc.)
Process
It is principle to submit any reporting and proposal in a reporter’s real name.
If the reporter submits a report using their real name and explicitly requests feedback on the results, the company will reply
with the results except in cases where it would infringe upon the company's legitimate rights and interests.
The reported content will be kept confidential in principle. It will undergo necessary procedures such as verification of related
matters, and it will take some time before the company can respond with the results.
Protection of a reporter
The company will not expose the reporter’s identity or disclose any information that could imply his/her identity without the
reporter’s consent.
For any disadvantage caused by incompliance with the above, the company will do its best to restore and take equivalent
responsible measures.
